Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website, in accordance with the GDPR (DSGVO). This is an informational marketing site — there is no account, login, or sign-up.

Hosting & server logs

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). When you load a page, your browser transmits technical data — including your IP address, the requested URL, timestamp, referrer, and user-agent — which the infrastructure may process in access logs to deliver content securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). AWS acts as processor; transfers outside the EU, where applicable, rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fonts

Web fonts are self-hosted. No fonts, scripts, or assets are loaded from Google or other third-party CDNs for typography.

Company logos (Logo.dev)

Where third-party company logos are displayed, they may be served by Logo.dev. In that case your browser contacts Logo.dev to load the image, which transmits your IP address to that provider. Legal basis: legitimate interest in presenting the site (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Booking a call

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by an external scheduling provider. The data you enter there (e.g. name, email, chosen time) is processed by that provider to arrange the meeting, and by us to prepare for and hold it (Art. 6 (1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Their own privacy terms apply on their booking page.

Web analytics

This site can use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. When enabled, it is loaded only with your prior consent, and IP addresses are anonymised. It is not active without consent. You can withdraw consent at any time. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR; § 25 (1) TTDSG).

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for its core function. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent (see above).
